ROYAL MAIL CUT-OFF TIMES

Items ordered before 2pm will be despatched the same working day, Monday to Friday. Items ordered after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on the next working day. Please note: we do not ship on bank holidays.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any of the following, please contact our team without unnecessary delay and within 28 days of the date your parcel was dispatched:

  • Your order arrives damaged, opened, or shows signs of tampering
  • Items are missing from your parcel
  • Tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it
  • Your order has not arrived and tracking shows no delivery attempt

Reporting issues promptly allows us to investigate and, where applicable, submit a claim to the courier on your behalf. If an issue is reported after these timeframes, we may be unable to pursue a courier claim and therefore unable to offer a refund or replacement.

RETURNS & REFUND OPTIONS

At Perfume Price we want you to be fully satisfied every time you purchase from us and we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item to us for either a refund or exchange. However, please see our refund policies below before returning any item.

RETURNS

To return your order for a refund or exchange, simply return your item(s) within 90 days of receipt and enclose a note with your order number.

Attach the Royal Mail returns label to the outer packaging and drop it into an official UK Post Office. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage. This service does not include insurance to the value of the goods. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain your responsibility until they are received by Perfume Price.

All items must be returned in their original product packaging, unopened and in a resaleable condition unless otherwise agreed.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange cosmetics that have been removed from their original wrapping or show any signs of having been used, unless they are faulty. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Please ensure any perfumes or other flammable items being returned have an ID8000 sticker on the package. These stickers are available from Post Office counters.

HIGH-VALUE RETURNS

Our free returns label includes insurance cover up to £150. If the value of your return exceeds £150 and you choose to use our free returns label, you do so at your own risk. Should the item be lost or damaged in transit, we will be unable to issue a refund.

If your return exceeds £150, please contact our customer service team before sending the parcel back. We will advise on alternative return methods with appropriate cover.

RETURNS DUE TO INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS OR NON-COLLECTION

If you provide an incomplete delivery address or do not collect your item from your local Royal Mail sorting office within their holding period, the item will be returned to us. In these circumstances, we will deduct £2.20 from any refund, plus any original postage paid. This covers the return charge applied by Royal Mail.

REFUNDS

Once your return has arrived at our facility, please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to be processed (Monday to Friday).

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Any Christmas gift purchases made from Perfume Price during November and December may be returned until 3rd January, subject to our standard terms and conditions. Please note that refunds may be delayed due to closure between Christmas and New Year.
